What if my products are damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please email us at contact@frescospiceblends.com and we will assist you.

What if I made a mistake in my order?

If there is some other problem with your order, please email us at  contact@frescospiceblends.com with your invoice number and reason.  

Can I exchange my order?

Because we sell a food product, we can only exchange products if unopened. The purchaser will need to take care of the shipping and handling fees.

How much is shipping?

Flat Rate Shipping is $7.99.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of the placed order.
