Fresco Ranch Tuna Salad
This recipe comes all the way to us from a Fresco fan in Fort Worth, TX!
This tuna salad is delicious all on its own, mixed with some bowtie noodles to make it a tuna pasta salad or spread on bread to make some tuna salad sandwiches.
Ingredients:
2x 7oz. cans white Albacore Tuna (drained)
3/4 cup minced carrot
3 tbsp sweet relish (drained)
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1-2 tsp Fresco Ranch Spice Blend
Instructions:
Mix together. Add more mayonnaise if needed, to taste.
Best served chilled at least 2-3 hours.
Store covered in fridge. Good for up to 3 days.
