INGREDIENTS:
- 2 LBS. BONESLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
- 1 (8 OZ) PKG. CREAM CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
- 2 TABLESPOONS "FRESCO RANCH"
IN A SLOW COOKER PLACE CHICKEN, CREAM CHEESE, "FRESCO RANCH" AND BUTTERMILK. COOK ON LOW FOR 6-8 HOURS, UNTIL CHICKEN SHREDS EASILY. ONCE CHICKEN IS SHREDDED STIR WITH A LARGE FORK, MAKING SURE THE ENTIRE INGREDIENTS ARE COMBINED. SERVE WARM ON ROLLS SPRINKLED WITH CRUMBLED BACON ON TOP OF CHICKEN.
