Southwest Baked Beans
Forget the BASIC canned baked bean recipe and make these delicious beans instead. Serve them alongside grilled burgers or brats for the perfect summer dinner.
- 1 MED. ONION, DICED
- 2 TBL. SOUTHWEST CHIPOTLE BLEND
- 2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC
- ½ CUP CHOPPED COOKED BACON
- 4 - 15 OZ. CANS OF PORK & BEANS (WITH LIQUID)
- ½ CUP BROWN SUGAR
- ½ CUP KETCHUP
- 1 ½ TBL. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
*OPTIONAL - ADD 1 TBL. COFFEE STEAK RUB FOR AROMATIC FLAVOR!
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL AND MIX WELL. POUR INTO CASSEROLE DISH OR CAST IRON PAN AND BAKE 325 DEGREES FOR 1 ½ HRS. - 2 HRS. UNCOVERED.
CROCK POT
POUR INGREDIENTS INTO CROCK POT AND MIX WELL. COOK ON LOW FOR 6 HRS.
