SOUTHWEST CHEESE & CHILI DIP
12 OZ. AMERICAN CHEESE
1 15 OZ. CAN OF CHILI WITH OUT BEANS
1 TBL. SOUTHWEST CHIPOTLE BLEND
1 TBL. LIME JUICE
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN PAN AND HEAT UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. A LITTLE MILK MAY BE ADDED FOR A THINNER CONSISTENCY. SERVE WITH CHIPS.

This recipe is simple and fast to put together. Perfect for serving with fresh veggies, chips or crackers.
2 CANS RINSED & DRAINED BLACK BEANS
½ OF A ROASTED RED PEPPER
½ CUP OLIVE OIL
1 TBL. LEMON JUICE
1 TSP. MINCED GARLIC
1 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. RED PEPPER FLAKES
1 TSP. CUMIN POWDER
1 TSP. SOUTHWEST CHIPOTLE BLEND
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
